Faculty

Corey Rosen, PhD, is the founder of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), a nonprofit membership, information, and research organization focusing on broad-based employee ownership plans. During its 33-year existence, the NCEO has focused on providing objective, reliable information through research, publications, meetings, and its website. It does not set up plans. Inc. magazine called the NCEO “the best single source of information on employee ownership anywhere in the world.”

Mr. Rosen has headed up several major research projects, written over 300 NCEO publications and authored or co-authored five books published by the business and academic press, including Equity: Why Employee Ownership is Good for Business (Harvard Business School Press, 2005). He has appeared on a number of national television and radio programs, including programs on PBS, CNN, MSNBC, and NPR. The Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Business Week regularly quote him. He has also served as an expert consultant and been deposed in a number of ESOP litigation matters.
