Drafting Master Service Agreements - Webinar
A Master Service Agreement (MSA) is a foundational contract that establishes the terms and conditions governing an ongoing business relationship between two parties, allowing future transactions to be completed through shorter, simplified work orders or statements of work. This program will provide attendees with a practical guide to drafting effective MSAs, focusing on overall structure and key provisions to include. Whether you are negotiating an MSA for the first time or looking to strengthen your existing template, this program will give you the tools to draft agreements that are clear, balanced, and built to last.
