Drafting Business Acquisition and Other Related Documents
This program introduces you to the principal documentation used in business acquisitions. In addition to learning how to ask the right questions in order to properly document the deal, we will touch on the importance of confidentiality agreements and the pros and cons of letters of intent. Finally, you will learn about the principal provisions in an acquisition agreement, and what to look for when reviewing the document.
