Meet Your Presenter:
Timothy E. Kidd is the Director of Business Development, Western Region for Bock & Clark Corporation. He has been with the company since 2006 and is responsible for the coordination of educational programs related to commercial real estate due diligence, new business development, and customer support. Tim assists a customer base that includes leading law firms, title companies, REITs, corporations and lenders on matters related to ALTA Surveys, Zoning Reports, Phase I ESAs and Property Condition Assessments. A resident of Los Angeles, CA, his territory is comprised of twelve states from the Pacific coast moving east to Colorado. Tim is a member of CREW - LA and currently serves on their board as the Director of Communications. He holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
