Program Description:
Join us as we take a different approach to M&A topics -- industry specific M&A. Rob Goldstein of Polsinelli focuses on clients in the food & beverage industry with general and M&A experience in the industry. Rob will discuss particular issues and areas of focus when working with companies in the food & beverage industry, specifically in connection with M&A transactions. Karin Sullivan of Polsinelli focuses on copyrights, trademark, licensing, commercial agreements and technology transfers. Karin will guide us through particular issues that arise in connection with M&A transactions, focusing on M&A transactions in the software industry.
