Michael P. Dulin, Esq., is a shareholder in the Litigation group at Polsinelli Shughart PC. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on technology and intellectual property matters. He has been lead counsel on cases involving patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, trade secret theft, anticybersquatting, and unfair competition claims. Mr. Dulin represents clients engaged in numerous industries, including pharmaceuticals, banking, data storage, electronics, mechanical devices, geophysics, nanotechnologies, internet marketing, manufacturing, and retail sales. His experience includes roles as first-chair counsel for both plaintiffs and the defense. Mr. Dulin also represents clients in other areas of commercial litigation, including cases regarding contracts, derivative shareholder actions, joint ventures, franchises, and construction defects. He has become a leader in his profession. For example, he has recently been elected to the board of the IP Section of the Colorado Bar Association, where he will soon lead an organization comprised of 700 IP attorneys, and has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of IP litigation for 2011.
 
Karin E. Sullivan, Esq., is an associate in the Science and Technology group at Polsinelli Shughart PC. Her practice emphasizes both corporate law and intellectual property law in the areas of copyright, trademark and licensing.  She counsels clients on acquiring, transferring, licensing and commercializing intellectual property assets. Ms. Sullivan works with clients in M&A transactions involving the transfer of intellectual property assets. She also assists clients with the protection and enforcement of their copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets, domain names and other intellectual property rights, and manages trademark portfolios across several industries. Ms. Sullivan represents clients in trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  She also provides guidance on branding strategy, trademark clearance and proper trademark usage. In addition, Ms. Sullivan has experience counseling companies on, and drafts agreements and policies for, Internet-specific intellectual property and business matters.
