Business Document Drafting Series: Drafting Business Acquisition and Other Related Documents
This half-day program introduces you to the principal documentation used in business acquisitions. In addition to learning how to ask the right questions in order to properly structure the deal, you will also learn the importance of confidentiality agreements, letters of intent and how to tailor a due diligence checklist. Finally, you will learn not only how to draft the principal provisions in an acquisition agreement, but what to look for when reviewing the document.
