Program Description:
This must attend program is taught by two of Colorado's top business lawyers who were on the front lines of the drafting and passage of the Public Benefit Corporation Act (PCBA).
The Act added Part 5 to Article 101 of the Colorado Business Corporation Act in Title 7, C.R. S., to allow Colorado corporations desiring to do so to elect the status of being a "public benefit corporation".
