Private Equity 2010

January 2010

Private Equity 2010 - The Name of the Game Has Changed, But the Deals Are Back

Program Description

Private equity deals are back! After the worst of the credit crisis and crisis in confidence have passed, funds are looking for deals again and not just in distressed areas, but the name of the game has changed. Financing is still tight and buyers are more demanding about valuation. Keeping entrepreneurs motivated and closing the deal may require substantial creativity. Still, there are substantial opportunities and growing activity in the industry. The name of the game may have changed, but deals are getting done.
