Whether you practice in administrative , state, or federal court, you’ll leave with valuable tips that will make your cases run smoothly and help you present compelling and helpful arguments.

CBA-CLE will email webinar access information to registrants 24-48 hours before the program.
 
Home studies will be available approximately 2-3 weeks following the live program.

The program will be submitted for CLE accreditation in Colorado. If you need to seek accreditation in another state, please review the process and requirements for that individual state. CBA-CLE staff can provide a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, and it is the attendee’s responsibility to complete the accreditation outside of Colorado.

Initiatives to Improve Diversity and Inclusion on the Bench
Please join Kara Veitch, Chief Legal Counsel for Governor Jared Polis, and Sumi Lee, Head of Judicial Diversity Outreach at SCAO, for a discussion about the judicial application process and diversity on the bench efforts. Sumi Lee will discuss the efforts to increase diversity on the Colorado bench: why it matters, best practices from recent years, and how judges can help in the process. She will also highlight a pilot program designed to encourage law students to consider careers in Greater Colorado communities. Kara Veitch will present an overview of the judicial application review and interview process at the Governor’s Office and what candidates can expect in the process.
