About the Book:
The Green Book is a joint project of the Colorado Bar Association Trust & Estate Section and CBA-CLE. The Green Book contains the entire Title 15, updated Colorado Revised Statutes, plus selected statutes dealing with taxes, evidence, and more. The Green Book also includes all of the Colorado State Judicial Branch's JDF forms, plus Practitioner Forms developed by the CBA Trust & Estate Section's Rules and Forms Committee.
The 2018 Edition of The Green Book is updated through the 2018 legislative session. The 2018 Edition contains the adoption of the Colorado Uniform Trust Code (see Title 15, Article 5), along with repeal of numerous statutes relating to trusts and trustees, the inclusion of a revised statute concerning data privacy and the retention of certain personal information such as clients' driver's licenses and Social Security numbers, and the revisions to all Colorado Rules of Probate Procedure and extensive changes to the JDF forms relating to probate.

The Green Book is updated annually. Each update is released as a new softcover edition.

To access the PDF:
1. Log in to the CLE Dashboard.
2. Scroll down until you see DASHBOARD-AT-A-GLANCE.
3. Click on the BOOKS tab and find the title.
4. Click on the book icon labeled Download. The product will download as a zip file.
How to open the Zip file:
1. Save the downloaded .zip file to your hard drive
2. Right click on the file and select Extract All – this will open an extraction wizard.
3. Click Next and then select the location to extract the files to on your computer.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Next to begin the extraction process.
6. Click Finish when complete.
7. You will now have a folder on your hard drive containing a PDF version of your book and, if applicable, a folder with Word and PDF versions of the accompanying forms
