About the Book:
Simply, product liability litigation stands apart from virtually all other tort litigation as having the highest stakes for attorneys and clients on all sides. Without doubt, product liability cases involve some of the most complex legal, technical, and fact issues that arise in tort law. This special position of product liability law in the realm of tort law warrants a book that carefully addresses the unique issues raised by product liability actions under Colorado law. This book addresses these matters in great depth.

Also, for the sake of providing the reader with a general overview of all facets of product liability practice, this book discusses (though not in the same depth) the numerous other items under Colorado law that arise in product liability litigation. These other issues typically overlap with the same ones in other tort cases - such as, for example, Colorado Consumer Protection Act claims, wrongful death claims, damages, interest, and attorney fees.
