Publisher: CBA-CLE (CLE in Colorado, Inc.)
Supplement Publication Date: November 2015*

About the Supplement:
In this 2015 supplement to The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Employment Law, experienced practitioners have reviewed each chapter to ensure that the 2015 edition of the book is current. Of 26 chapters, 24 were updated for this supplement. We had the benefit for this update of the Colorado Supreme Court's decision in Coats v. Dish Network, holding that employees in Colorado can be terminated for using medical marijuana off-duty (e.g., based on a zero-tolerance drug-use policy). Other significant developments in the 2015 supplement include discussions of two important U.S. Supreme Court cases, EEOC v. Abercrombie & Fitch, Inc., and Young v. UPS, Inc., dealing with religious accommodation and pregnancy discrimination, respectively. extensive changes to Chapter 17 due to the issuance of a revised EEOC Management Directive 110, and the addition in Chapter 23 of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado's electronic discovery guidelines.
