About the Book:
The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Domestic Relations Law is designed as a reference source for Colorado lawyers at all levels of experience. It is not meant to provide comprehensive essays on all aspects of family law; rather, it is intended to provide a practical overview of issues and problems inherent in the practice of family law and areas of law that impact family law, such as bankruptcy and immigration law.

The book contains substantive information including references to statutes and case law, as well as practice pointers to assist all of us who practice family law. Some authors have provided useful forms for the more typical situations, which may be adapted to the special circumstances of each case.

Updates/Supplements:
Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Domestic Relations Law, Second Edition was released in 2010; this book is updated annually. If you are purchasing the full book, you do not need to purchase any supplements; the latest supplement is already included in the book. If you are looking to update a book that you already own, you need to check the date on the front cover sheet of your book.
If you are updating a book that has a date of 2014 or earlier on the front cover sheet, you need to purchase a new book. If your book has a date of 2015 on the front cover sheet, you need the 2016 Supplement to update your book.

Automatic Supplementation Service:
For your convenience, automatic supplementation is included with your order. Future supplements will be mailed automatically with an invoice at 10% off the published price. Return privileges apply and you may cancel the service at any time. You will be notified by email before any supplement is mailed, so you may cancel shipment before a supplement is released.
