About the Book:
The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Domestic Relations Law, Third Edition is designed as a reference source for Colorado lawyers at all levels of experience. It is not meant to provide comprehensive essays on all aspects of family law; rather, it is intended to provide a practical overview of issues and problems inherent in the practice of family law and areas of law that impact family law, such as real estate, bankruptcy, trusts and estates, business entities, taxation, criminal law, and immigration.

The Third Edition includes:
- Substantive updates to 31 of the 44 chapters;
- A compilation of statutes and case law;
- Analysis to launch the reader into the right direction for further research;
- Practice pointers for use in typical situations which may be adapted to the special circumstances of each case;
- Some updates are relatively minor, and some are substantial, but all are essential for keeping the book up to date.
