In this 2018 supplement updates include:
 
- most existing chapters have been significantly revised;
- revisions to Colorado’s procurement statutes have been incorporated in Chapter 4;
- new sections on the Construction Defect Action Reform Act of 2017, construction defect municipal ordinances, and metropolitan districts have been added to Chapter 14;
- the forms in the appendices have also been updated to their most recent versions;
- and timely articles have been added to the Helpful Resources section.
 
Updates/Supplements:  
Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Construction Law, Second Edition was released in 2015; this book is updated as needed. If you are purchasing the full book, you do not need to purchase any supplements; the latest supplement is already included in the book.  
 
If you are looking to update a book that you already own, you need to check the date on the front cover sheet of your book.  If you are updating a book that has a date of 2014 or earlier on the front cover sheet, you need to purchase a new book. If your book has a date of 2015 on the front cover sheet, you need only purchase the 2018 Supplement to update your book (this pertains to the printed book only).

To access the PDF:

1. Log in to the CLE Dashboard.

2. Scroll down until you see DASHBOARD-AT-A-GLANCE.

3. Click on the BOOKS tab and find the title.

4. Click on the book icon labeled Download. The product will download as a zip file.

How to open the Zip file:

1. Save the downloaded .zip file to your hard drive

2. Right click on the file and select Extract All – this will open an extraction wizard.

3. Click Next and then select the location to extract the files to on your computer.

4. Click OK.

5. Click Next to begin the extraction process.

6. Click Finish when complete.

7. You will now have a folder on your hard drive containing a PDF version of your book and, if applicable, a folder with Word and PDF versions of the accompanying forms
