About this Book:
This unique publication began as Colorado Liens and Claims Handbook under the authorship of Jack Greenwald. It was a pleasure and an honor to work with Mr. Greenwald, and CBA-CLE is grateful to Mr. Greenwald for providing us with the framework for this monograph, which is helpful to practitioners, contractors, suppliers, and others.
With this new edition, now under the name of Liens and Claims in Colorado, we are delighted that Mr. Egle has continued with the project as managing editor and author of several chapters.
The organization and table of contents for the book have been completely revised. Practitioners will find helpful forms included as exhibits throughout the book, as well as an updated subject index to assist in research.

To access the PDF:
1. Log in to the CLE Dashboard.
2. Scroll down until you see DASHBOARD-AT-A-GLANCE.
3. Click on the BOOKS tab and find the title.
4. Click on the book icon labeled Download. The product will download as a zip file.
How to open the Zip file:
1. Save the downloaded .zip file to your hard drive
