About the Supplement:
The 2013 Supplement to Colorado Water Law Benchbook is the sixth supplement to the First Edition.
 
The supplement includes important case law, statutory, and rules updates. A few of the updates in the 2013 supplement include:
 
- Information about the new “simple changes in surface point of diversion;”
- Changes in the Uniform Water Court Rules and forms;
- Changes to the Colorado Water Conservation Board's (CWCB) staffing structure and updates to the CWCB's responsibilities; and,
- A variety of other minor changes (clarification language, website updates, new citations, etc.) throughout the Benchbook to ensure it remains timely and relevant.
 
Updates/ Supplements:
Colorado Water Law Benchbook, First Edition was released in 2006. If you are looking to update a book that you already own, you need to check the date on the front cover sheet of your book. If your book has a date of 2012 on the front cover sheet, you need to purchase the 2013 and 2014 supplements to update your book. If your book has a date of 2013, you need only purchase the 2014 Supplement. If your book has a date earlier than 2012 on the front cover sheet, you need to purchase a new book.
