The Colorado Rules of Evidence Annotated is a portable, convenient in-court reference source and a handy desk reference. It contains the complete text of both the Colorado and Federal Rules of Evidence. In addition to crucial practice tips and legal interpretations, succinct case annotations are provided in chronological order to allow the reader to quickly find on-point, persuasive authority.
Emphasis has been placed on annotating Colorado Supreme Court and Court of Appeals opinions affecting the rules, as well as certain federal cases from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Cases interpreting Colorado's statutory privileges are also annotated.
