- Includes a Table of Cases, Table of Statutes, and Subject Index.
- With your book you receive a fully-searchable CD-ROM with two versions of the instructions - one version with the “Notes on Use” and the “Source and Authority” annotations included, and one without.

Publisher's Note:
New instructions have been added in Chapters 15, Professional Liability, and instructions renumbered, and in Chapter 30, Contracts. Additionally, Chapter 30 has been thoroughly revised in this edition. As the beginning of an ongoing change throughout the book, this year in Chapter 30, the committee has moved most citations from “Notes on Use” to “Source and Authority” to enable the user to more quickly find how to use a particular instruction. As always, the committee revised existing instructions throughout the book and updated the Notes on Use and Source and Authority to reflect current law.
