The Colorado Estate Planning Handbook is directed toward intermediate and advanced level practitioners as a treatise on Colorado law to be used in conjunction with Colorado Estate Planning Forms (Orange Book Forms), also published by CBA-CLE.

Many aspects of trust and estate law are flux. It made it all the more important for the editors and authors of this year's supplement to not only to present up-to-date information in a clear and concise way, but also to note for readers where unfolding events could soon affect the information in a given chapter.

Of the existing 48 chapters, 33 have been updated this year.

In addition, two new chapters have been added:

Contests and Disputes in Estate and Trust Proceedings by Kelly Dickson Cooper
Intent and Reformation: Will Form Thwart Substance? by Spencer J. Crona

Supplements/Updates:
The Sixth Edition was released in 2010. If your book has a date of 2010 (or earlier), you can no longer update your book with the purchase of supplements; you will need to purchase a new book. If your book has a date of 2011 on the front cover sheet, you need the 2012 and 2013 supplements to update your book.
