Colorado Estate Planning Forms, 2013 Supplement (Revised) Out of Stock

Contributors:  Estate Planning Forms Committee - CBA Trust & Estate Section
Publisher: CBA-CLE Books
Supplement Publication Date: October 2013

The members of the Orange Book Forms Committee, a subcommittee of the Colorado Bar Association's Trust & Estate Section, graciously donate their time and collective decades of wisdom to create forms for Colorado estate planning practitioners. These forms are gathered together in Orange Book Forms, a compilation of essential estate planning forms for the trust & estate practitioner's toolbox. We would like to extend our thanks to Robert “Sonny” Wiegand, II, who chaired the committee during 2012-2013. Under his leadership, the committee approved substantial revisions to the General Durable Power of Attorney form, a new Note on Use regarding notarization and witnessing of wills for all the will forms, revisions to the Notes on Use of several forms, and a new Designated Beneficiary Agreement form with a sample client cover letter.

Updates/Supplements:
Colorado Estate Planning Forms is generally updated annually. If you are updating a book that has a date of 2012 on the front cover sheet, you need the 2013 and 2014 Supplements to update your book. If your book has a date of 2013 on the front cover sheet, you need only the 2014 Supplement to update your book. If your book has a date of 2011 or earlier on the front cover sheet, you must purchase a new book.  If you have any questions, please contact the CBA-CLE Publications Department at 303-860-0608 or email at [email protected].
