Faculty will examine strategies for cultivating meaning in legal work, balancing client service with personal values, and addressing the unique stressors of the profession. Attendees will gain practical tools to reframe their approach to practice in a way that fosters resilience, engagement, and professional fulfillment—while staying ethically grounded.
