2024 Workers' Compensation Fall Update Out of Stock

Co sponsored by the Colorado Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section

Join your colleagues from the workers’ compensation bar for a day of updates, education, and networking. Along with our annual updates from the Office of Administrative Courts and Division of Workers’ Compensation, we’ll feature a discussion of the Uninsured Employer Fund, a look at trends in legislation and how it is impacting workers’ compensation practice, a presentation on the best practices for respectfully working with claimants with disabilities, and the always lively case law update. This annual program is an opportunity to reconnect in person with your friends, and foster the collegial relationships for which the Workers’ Compensation Section is famous.

Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
