Water Law 301 is the third course in the Water Law and Administration Program Series. This program will discuss what every lawyer should know about trial practice in the Water Courts, how and why the rules and regulations have developed, how to work with experts under the new rules, and best practice advice from experienced water litigators. Your faculty are the experts who have extensive experience practicing and handling matters in the Water Courts, who have witnessed and understand the evolution of the Water Court rules and regulations, and who will enlighten you with their knowledge and expertise so that you will achieve a successful Water Court litigation practice
