Program Description
 
This is the fourth in a series of courses offered related to water law and administration in Colorado. This particular course provides the history of ground water regulation in Colorado from both the legal and technical perspective and then focuses on ground water regulation and rules in Water Divisions 1, 2, and 3. If you are an attorney, engineer, expert witness, water resources manager or other professional who works in the area of water rights and participates in water court proceedings, particularly those courts for Water Divisions 1, 2, and 3, this course is for you.  
 
The faculty is comprised of experienced water attorneys, engineers and administrators with in-depth knowledge of ground water regulation in Colorado.
