The Intersection of Immigration Law with Criminal Defense

A business-focused series for client-focused lawyers

Program Description

Immigration law frequently intersects or overlaps with criminal defense law.  Sometimes the issue is obvious, and sometimes it is lurking in the margins. This presentation will provide information to help you, the practitioner, who does not regularly practice immigration law, identify when immigration may become an issue for your client.
