Real estate news and predictions are in the headlines every week. The median Colorado single-family home price has now reached $600,000, and Denver remains a seller’s market. Residential rents have skyrocketed, and the front range rental market has become incredibly competitive. In the commercial world, at the end of 2021, nearly a quarter of Downton Denver’s total office space was vacant. Still, businesses continue to relocate to the state, with many returning to full or partial in-office work. Find out what the market holds and what you need to know about real estate and housing in Colorado.

- Status on short-term rentals
- Urban and rural market updates

Home studies will be available approximately 2-3 weeks following the live program.
