Most  foreclosures in Colorado are handled by each county’s public trustee.  The public trustee process is generally less complicated, less expensive, and less time-consuming than traditional judicial foreclosures. Learn the ins and outs of Colorado’s unique public trustee foreclosure process including the expedited Rule 120 proceeding. This informative presentation will also include the impact of bankruptcy on foreclosure, rescissions of sale and omitted parties.

Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
