Real Estate Spring Update - What You Need to Know in 2019!

Co-sponsored by the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Law Section

The Real Estate Spring Update program features what you need to know in 2019!

You will begin the day hearing from a panel of plaintiffs’ and defense attorneys discussing the top real estate litigation issues and how to spot and handle those issues. The program includes a discussion of special districts and public financing in real estate development. You’ll also learn about mountain-specific real estate issues, like building access and boundary disputes, and what should be on your radar if working on transactions in the foothills and beyond. After lunch we’ll dive underground – examining septic system regulations and listening to an update on oil and gas regulation in Colorado. The day rounds out with the ethics of interacting with, and handling cases against, pro se litigants.
