In-person and webinar attendees get the option to receive the print publication in addition to the digital version for an added fee. Home study purchases will receive the digital publication.

 

WEBINAR ATTENDEES: If you plan to participate virtually and want hard copies of the books, you must register by January 13, 2026, to receive the books before February 10th. Additional shipping fees will apply after January 13, if rush shipping is requested.

 

HOME STUDY PURCHASES: Our shopping cart requires that the class and books (digital) be entered separately. Thus, the pricing list does not include the price of the books. The price of the books will be added automatically to your shopping cart and cannot be removed. The Supreme Court Board of CLE mandates, “Thorough, high quality written materials must be distributed to all attendees at or before the time the program is presented.” This course is designed to be a deep dive into the books. You must purchase the books to claim CLE credit.

Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.

CLE CREDITS: This program has been submitted for 21 General, including 1.5 Ethics Credits.

 

REAL ESTATE BROKER CE CREDITS: This three-day program will be submitted for 17 hours of credit for real estate continuing education requirements under CRS § 12-61-110.5(3). Real estate brokers are NOT eligible for real estate CE credits for the home study format.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and refunds for this class may not be accepted after the start date of the seminar (February 10, 2026) and after receipt of the course books.
