Co-sponsored by the CBA Trust & Estate Section

Trust & Estate Section CLE Luncheon Series

Program Description

At last month's lunch, we discussed the estate of a deceased or incapacitated attorney. What are the unique considerations when handling the estate of a deceased non-attorney professional, such as a physician, accountant or mental health professional?

At the November 1 lunch, Marcie McMinimee will tell you about the differences between handling the estate of an attorney versus the estate of a non-attorney professional.  A perfect follow-up to last month's program, you will learn the factors you need to take into account when administering this unique type of estate.
