A super-informative CLE hour on MONEY -- more specifically on surviving COLTAF mask-free and without a vaccine. Hear Margaret Funk, Chief Deputy Regulation Counsel, and J.P. Moore, Assistant Regulation Counsel, from the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel on COLTAF basics for the Trust and Estate or Elder Law Practitioner. Kristin Dittus, Esq. will discuss how to get paid without tantrums and tears, by the attorney or client, with effective billing strategies to avoid misunderstandings and potential conflicts, as well as how to implement a 2% surcharge fee for credit transactions recently allowed in Colorado as of July 1, 2022.
