This luncheon program will focus on technical drafting skills, specifically how to avoid substantive, administrative, and technical errors often found in wills and trusts. Learn more about how precise drafting may prevent increased administration expenses, preserve client intent, and mitigate future litigation. The speakers will also provide suggestions to correct these errors when traditional amendment is impossible or insufficient.
