Understanding and Using Trusts Out of Stock
An Eight Program Series
Quantity
This series consists of eight programs, each dedicated to a key area of trust law.
Our expert faculty will explain the purposes, mechanisms and key clauses included in a wide variety of trusts typical for a Colorado trust and estate practice. You will learn the client needs that each trust addresses and how each type of trust meets those needs. You will learn common errors that practitioners may make when working with these trusts. Other important issues that concern trusts, such as taxation, ethics, liability, and malpractice will also be covered.
The full series includes 28 CLE credit hours, providing you with a detailed trusts education that goes a level deeper than ordinary CLE seminars!
From taxes, to funding, to the duties of the trust-maker, beneficiary, and trustee, you will get current guidance on the use of trusts in your practice, making this a "must attend" series of seminars.
