This CLE will cover the differences between quit claim, bargain and sale, special warranty, and warranty deeds, and how they relate to Trustee’s and Personal Representative’s Deeds; use of Colorado Real Estate Commission forms (including seller’s property disclosures); working with title companies; and other considerations for conveying real estate from estates and trusts.
