According to Forbes magazine, Colorado pulled in $2 million in taxes related to the sale of recreational marijuana…in January 2014 alone. Also according to Forbes, combined with taxes on sales from medicinal marijuana, Colorado pulled in nearly $3.5 million in pot-related tax revenue. If that trend continues, the state will see more than $40 million in additional tax dollars in 2014.

This growing industry and resulting revenue has created a myriad of legal, financial and regulatory issues for the State of Colorado. Hear from some of the State's top regulatory and legal experts on what's going on in the ever-changing marijuana industry!
