Meet Your Presenters:
Michael Dolan, Esq. is a shareholder in the Denver office of Polsinelli PC, a national law firm with over 900 attorneys across the country. Michael negotiates and advises clients in mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters. Michael's deal work spans various industries including healthcare, technology, and consumer goods. Michael also leads the technology initiative for Polsinelli's corporate and transactional practice group, a role he uses to champion effective and efficient use of technology in the group's practice of law.
Michail Sidorov is the Regional Director for Merrill DataSite's Mountain West Region based in Denver, Colorado. He assists his clients, primarily located in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho, with solving a variety of challenges related to their due diligence and other complex document management needs. Prior to joining Merrill, from 1997 to 2011 Michail held a number of positions working in the investment banking field in New York City. When advising clients, Michail applies his unique global perspective, deep knowledge of relevant emerging software technologies, dynamics of capital markets, and investment banking best practices. Michail holds a degree in International Business from Lehigh University.
