Family Office M&A: The New Frontier - M&A Breakfast CLE Out of Stock
Co-sponsored by the M&A Subsection of the CBA Business Law Section
Quantity
A family office is designed to manage the wealth and financial affairs of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), typically defined as those with at least $30 million in investable assets. Family offices already have more assets under management than hedge funds, and are projected to surpass private equity and venture capital combined. More family offices are actively engaged in direct investments, often competing with private equity and strategics in M&A transactions. Yet many M&A lawyers are not focused on the idiosyncrasies of representing family offices in buy-side, sell-side and recapitalization transactions. This program will provide attendees with insights into key considerations to better represent family offices in M&A transactions.
CBA-CLE will email webinar access information 24-48 hours before the program.
Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
CBA-CLE is committed to providing access, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodation in its services, programs, and employment. To request an accommodation please contact [email protected] at least 14 business days in advance.
