The 2021 SRS Acquiom Deal Terms Study offers an analysis of more than 1,400 private-target acquisitions that closed between 2016 and 2020, where SRS Acquiom provided services. SRS’s Eric Martin will be on hand to discuss observable trends in the Study, including COVID-19’s impacts on the 2020 M&A Market, the effects of representations and warranties insurance on M&A deals, as well as purchase price adjustments, indemnification terms, and earnouts.

The 2021 deal terms study offers an analysis of more than 1,400 private-target acquisitions ($286 billion in deal value) that closed between 2016 and 2020 where SRS Acquiom provided services. The vast majority of these deals are not required to be publicly reported. Key topics in this year’s study include:

- Comparisons of deals where buy-side Representations and Warranties Insurance (RWI) are included versus deals where buy-side RWI is not identified
