Attorneys often hear from clients that they want or need a creative solution to a problem. And younger attorneys, in turn, are asked the same from senior attorneys. What is creativity in the legal profession? Are there any limits to exercising creativity in the legal profession? How would clients or judges react to creative solutions or strategies? Through a panel discussion among a litigation attorney, a transactional attorney, and a judge, this presentation is designed to help younger attorneys think about and develop this counseling skill. The panelists will explore the topic through the use of case studies based on their experience in practice.
