This one day trial advocacy program is presented by the Colorado Chapter of the American College of Trial Lawyers.  All program faculty are ACTL Fellows and seasoned courtroom advocates. Your accomplished faculty will teach you skills and tactics that experienced trial lawyers apply at every important stage of a case.   
 
Plus, this year we have added an important NEW PRESENTATION on how trial lawyers use depositions to improve their presentation at trial.
 
And, given the growing use of arbitration, we have added NEW PRESENTATIONS about trial skills in the arbitration room.
