Mr. Rackham will discuss significant developments in Colorado's civil procedure law, both in terms of case law and rule changes. Mr. Rackham will discuss in detail the changes to Colorado's subpoena rule, C.R.C.P. 45, which is one of the most significant developments in civil procedure over the past year. He also will discuss other changes to the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and court rules. Further, Mr. Rackham will discuss case law developments, including case law addressing the scope of rebuttal disclosures, amendments to pleadings, jurisdiction, attorney fees, claim preclusion, and collateral source payments.
