The eDiscovery Roadmap: From Planning to Production

Today, electronic discovery is a vital part of litigation.  Litigators who take the time to learn what e-evidence is, how to find it, how to use it, and how to avoid problems when dealing with it are the ones who prevail in their cases and avoid judicial sanctions. This program includes a comprehensive plan for collecting, analyzing, and producing digital data.  It will supply you with a roadmap for your eDiscovery case, and show you how to avoid common pitfalls to keep you on the right track.  Industry experts who have been down the road many times before will cover each step of the journey, from planning to production, and you will walk away with their knowledge and tools for success.
