AAML presents a full day of techniques and information for crossexamining the expert. This program features “Killer Cross”luminary Larry Posner discussing the unique aspects of cross examination of experts.The program will also include mock cross examinations of highly skilled experts inmatrimonial areas such as business valuations and PRE reports. Judges will beincluded in the mock examinations to explain what cross examinations techniques aretruly most effective in the courtroom.
About The AAML:
