This attorney-led presentation will demystify the ABC’s of business valuation in family law cases with the goal of giving participants a firmer understanding of key caselaw, concepts, and methodologies. Learn how to decipher expert reports and identify possible areas for cross-examination. This course is designed for attorneys with a limited understanding of business valuation in family law who want to gain confidence, improve competency, and sleep a little better at night!

The program will be submitted for CLE accreditation in Colorado. If you need to seek accreditation in another state, please review the process and requirements for that individual state.
