There is a large amount of information available to attorneys in the family law arena.  This day and half format is designed specifically for the new practitioner, the attorney wanting to “brush-up” on the law, the attorney wanting to expand his or her practice, and the attorney whose practice is focused in other areas.  Recognized experts in the area of Colorado family law will share their knowledge to help you assess, prepare and try your divorce cases with confidence.  This seminar will cover all major areas of a dissolution of marriage action, including the initial client interview, jurisdiction, protective orders, custody and parenting time, separation agreements, trial preparation, and much more.  In addition, a panel of distinguished judges will share insight and experience on courtroom “dos” and “don'ts” with you.
