Proactive Practices: Maintaining Competence and Wellness in the Practice of Law

Join in the Innovation! Proactive Practices for Attorneys:

The Colorado Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel has launched an innovative Self-Assessment Survey for attorneys. After a similar program was implemented in Australia, the data and results showed a dramatic decrease in complaints to Attorney Regulation. This new Self-Assessment Survey will assist attorneys in improving their practices by allowing them to self-assess how well they perform in 10 key areas. This CLE program will review two of the key principles of the new Colorado Self-Assessment Program for attorneys.
