Program Description:
Your morning begins with a brief introduction of professionalism in the legal profession. It is followed by scenarios that focus on ethical and professionalism issues that arise in the practice of law. Common and difficult problem areas will be covered. To wrap up your morning, you will hear the perspectives of the Bench and Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel on professionalism and ethics and their intertwining. Attend this program and acquire the confidence to handle difficult ethical and professionalism dilemmas.
