Professionalism goes beyond the Rules of Professional Conduct — it’s the way we treat clients, staff, other attorneys, judges, and courtroom personnel. In this interactive program, members of the CBA’s Peer Professionalism Assistance Group will prompt discussion of civility and professionalism. We’ll also hear from the Office of Attorney Regulation about the intersection of professionalism and the Rules of Professional Conduct, and a panel of judges will share what they see from the bench.
- Live discussion of professionalism and civility in the practice
- How civility and the Rules of Professional Conduct intersect
- Judges panel: Views from the Bench.
*Please note that depending on CDC guidelines, a rise in COVID-19 cases, or other circumstances that may threaten the health of our attendees, CBA-CLE reserves the right to convert to a fully virtual event.
